



Harold (Buzz) Wilson, MBA, JD
CEO and Chairman
Education: MBA, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan and J.D., University of Detroit, Detroit, Michigan.
Experience/Specialty: Mr. Wilson's background is in finance, accounting, commercial law, banking law and tax law. He joined Rainbow in 1986 as a shareholder and became CEO in 1987. He is a current member of the State Bar of Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.
William Buccalo
President
Education: B.A., Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. Certified Public Accountant.
Experience/Specialty: Mr. Buccalo has experience in business management and planning, finance, accounting, risk management and the accreditation and certification process related to brain injury rehabilitation companies as well as outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics. He joined Rainbow in 1990 as controller and currently serves as CFO and president.
Chad Fife, CMA
Controller
Education:
Finance, MBA Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, Michigan. B.A., Walsh College of Accountancy & Business Administration, Troy, Michigan. Certified Management Accountant.
Experience/Specialty:
Mr. Fife has experience in business management and planning, financial planning, accounting, and risk management. He joined Rainbow in 1995 as an accountant and currently serves as controller.
Heidi Reyst, Ph.D, CBIT
Director of Clinical Administration
Education: Bachelor of Arts in psychology, Kalamazoo College, Kalamazoo, Michigan. Master of Philosophy, Applied Social Psychology, The George Washington University, Washington, DC. Certified brain injury trainer, American Academy for the Certification of Brain Injury Specialists.
Experience: Dr. Reyst has worked in various capacities within the field of brain injury rehabilitation since 1991. She brings a broad range of experience as a rehabilitation assistant, residential program manager, program director and, currently, as Rainbow's director of clinical administration. Dr. Reyst currently oversees professional staff allocation, billing & service provision, professional staff training, accreditation readiness, outcomes management and is the program director for the Ypsilanti-based Outpatient and Day Treatment Programs. She assists with clinical supervision, marketing, day-to-day operations and strategic and long-term planning.
Dr. Reyst is currently a member of the board of directors for the American Academy for the Certification of Brain Injury Specialists, a member of the American Psychological Association and is a frequent volunteer for the Brain Injury Association of Michigan.
Sean Youngren, MBA, SPHR
Vice President and Director of Administrative Services
Education:
B.A., MBA in health administration at Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Experience/Specialty: Mr. Youngren has been with Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers since 1993. Sean heads the administrative team and serves as the licensee designee for all of our state licensed group homes. He is instrumental in the real estate end of the business and assures the high quality of each of our facilities.
Sherri McDaniel, BBA, SPHR
C.O.O, Vice President and Director of Human Resources
Education:
BBA degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan with a concentration in human resources and marketing.
Experience/Specialty: Ms. McDaniel has over 18 years of experience in the human resource field. Sherri is also certified in radiological technology and came to us with five years of health care experience. She joined Rainbow in 1995.
