Barb Wilson

Barbara V. Wilson
CEO and Chairwoman

Education: Bachelor of Arts, Denison University, Granville, Ohio. Master of Social Work in Clinical Social Work at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Mich.

Experience/Specialty: Ms. Wilson has been co-owner of Rainbow since 1986. In addition, Barb has significant clinical, supervisory and administrative experience in the social work field.

 

William Buccalo

Bill Buccalo
President and Chief Financial Officer

Education: Bachelor of Arts, Michigan State University, East Lansing, Mich. Certified Public Accountant.

Experience/Specialty: Mr. Buccalo has experience in business management and planning, finance, accounting, risk management and the accreditation and certification process related to brain injury rehabilitation companies as well as outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics. He joined Rainbow in 1990 as controller.

 

Sherri McDaniel

Sherri McDaniel, BBA, SPHR
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Human Resources

Education: BBA degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich. with a concentration in human resources and marketing.

Experience/Specialty: Ms. McDaniel has more than 18 years of experience in the human resources field. Sherri is also certified in radiological technology and came to us with five years of health care experience. She joined Rainbow in 1995.

 

Sean Youngren

Sean Youngren, MBA, SPHR
Executive Vice President of Administrative Services

Education: Bachelor of Arts, Master of Business Administration in health administration at Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, Mich.

Experience/Specialty: Mr. Youngren has been with Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers since 1993. Sean heads the administrative team and serves as the licensee designee for all of our state licensed group homes. He is instrumental in the real estate end of the business and assures the high quality of each of our facilities.

 

Chad Fife

Chad Fife, CMA, MBA
Executive Vice President and Controller

Education: Finance, Master of Business Administration, Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, Mich. Bachelor of Arts, Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration, Troy, Mich. Certified Management Accountant.

Experience/Specialty: Mr. Fife has experience in business management and planning, financial planning, accounting, and risk management. He joined Rainbow in 1995 as an accountant.

 

Lisha Clevenger

Lisha Clevenger, RN, MSA, CCM
Vice President of Admissions and Marketing

Education: Lisha Clevenger has a Master of Science degree in health administration from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Mich. and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Madonna University in Livonia, Mich. She is certified in case management.

Experience/Specialty: Ms. Clevenger has extensive experience with pediatric through geriatric populations in skilled nursing facilities. Her experience encompasses sub-acute care, residential and outpatient treatment settings. Her special interests include traumatic brain injury and transitional rehabilitation.

 

Heidi Reyst

Heidi Reyst, Ph.D, CBIST
Vice President of Clinical Administration

Education: Bachelor of Arts in psychology, Kalamazoo College, Kalamazoo, Mich. Ph.D., Applied Social Psychology, The George Washington University, Washington, D.C. Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer, Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialists.

Experience: Dr. Reyst has worked in various capacities within the field of brain injury rehabilitation since 1991. She brings a broad range of experience as a rehabilitation assistant, residential program manager, program director and, currently, as Rainbow's director of clinical administration. Dr. Reyst currently oversees professional staff allocation, billing & service provision, professional staff training, accreditation readiness, outcomes management and is the program director for the Ypsilanti-based Outpatient and Day Treatment Programs. She assists with clinical supervision, marketing, day-to-day operations and strategic and long-term planning.

Dr. Reyst is currently a member of the board of governors for the Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialists, and is the Vice Chairperson for Information Management. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and is a frequent volunteer for the Brain Injury Association of Michigan.
