In Rainbow's Neuro-Behavioral Program, individuals with moderate to severe behavioral difficulties are effectively treated in community settings. This is made possible with structured programming and specially trained staff in behavior modification techniques - principles involving positive reinforcement, peer monitoring and modeling.
