Rainbow’s Neuro-Behavioral Program provides a unique care option for clients when moderate to severe behaviors interfere with the goals of therapy and community re-entry.

This program is directed by a Ph.D.-level psychologist and a team of mental health therapists, substance abuse specialists, behavioral analysts and other staff trained in behavior modification. Principles involve positive reinforcement, peer mentoring and modeling.

Educational support and vocational training are provided when appropriate, and
opportunities for transition to increasingly less structured environments are encouraged
as clients learn and maintain new skills.
