For individuals living in their own homes, Rainbow's Outpatient and Day Treatment Programs provide a flexible way to receive all the benefits of our comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Clients receive a customized plan of care and can participate in all recovery therapies. (See Active Rehabilitation.)

We welcome individuals from every age group and functional level. To promote social interaction and relationship building, clients can be paired with peers who have similar needs and goals. The focus of the program ranges from active treatment and recovery to social interaction and recreational, vocational and quality-of-life activities.
