Families who provide at-home care for a loved one with a brain injury, may occasionally need supplemental, short-term help. Rainbow welcomes these individuals into our Residential Program and provides a warm, safe, home-style environment 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The length of stay is variable and will be arranged to fit your personal needs. Often, individuals who participate in our Respite Care Program look forward to the scheduled recreational outings and thoroughly enjoy the company of peers. When prescribed and appropriate, they can also benefit from therapeutic support to help them maintain skills and function. Respite Care participants receive the same professional care and treatment as full-time Rainbow residents.
