Explore Rainbow’s Pediatric Outpatient and Day Treatment Programs

Since 1994, Rainbow’s specialized pediatric programs have offered a structured environment where its clients can rehabilitate in a safe, supportive setting. Programs such as Summer Fun! and the After School and Saturday program encourage the development of appropriate behaviors and new skills and strategies to cope with changes that may occur after sustaining a brain injury.

Rainbow’s Summer Fun! and After School and Saturday Programs offer individual or group therapies, tutoring, academic support, recreational activities and social skills training, such as:

• Vocational activities, training and workshops
• Individual and group therapies, including occupational, physical, speech and mental health
• Community outings
• Craft groups
• Swimming and physical activities
• Tutoring

The program builds crucial life skills and characteristics, including self esteem, behavior control, appropriate social interactions, motor skills, memory and academic skills.
