Introduction

Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers, Inc., a leader in the field of community-based brain injury rehabilitation is seeking an energetic and motivated professional for a Director of Nursing position at our 40-bed NeuroRehab Campus in Farmington.

Minimum Requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate competence and willingness to :

• Direct, monitor and evaluate nursing care
• Provide hands-on care as needed.
• Participate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop individual patient care and plans.
• Develop and implement health care policy and procedures.
• Develop health care education and participate in training.

Minimum requirements:

• BSN required with a valid state licensure.
• Masters Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent.
• Willingness to take on-call responsibilities.
