- Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers, a leader in the field of brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation, is seeking a career-minded individual for a Home Care Program Manager position to assist with the growth of a new and growing program in Southeast Michigan. Responsibilities include: managing all clinical and administrative systems related to home care and oversees the provision of care in clients' homes. Participates as a member of a client's interdisciplinary treatment team to maximize client's integration into home and the community. Manages direct care workers and responsible for direct care staff scheduling. Ensures the quality and promotes satisfaction with services. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, standards, policies, procedures and practices.
- Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 3 years related home care experience
- Experience with staff scheduling
- Experience with brain and spinal cord injury preferred
- Administrative experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in directing client care
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to set and act on priorities
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Excellent driving record
- On-call hours required
