Interviewing and Hiring
When appropriate, after the initial assessment, a member of our recruiting team may reach out to you to conduct an initial phone interview. Following a phone interview, a face-to-face interview may be arranged. Formal interviews may be one-on-one and/or group.
All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of background checks, pre-hire physical, TB skin tine, and substance screen.
After hire, Rainbow will provide you with training during your orientation and on the job.
