Rainbow's vocational center plays a key role in the rehabilitation continuum. Participants perform actual work tasks in a production-oriented environment under the close supervision of a job coach and learn to apply compensatory strategies to complete work tasks and adjust to the work requirements.

Rainbow has a strong affiliation with Rainbow Industries Production Company (RipCo) a not-for-profit company providing vocational services to people with brain injuries. RipCo provides a sheltered workshop environment and partners with local business. Some of the job tasks include light assembly work, manufacturing quality outdoor furniture, detailing vehicles, packaging, and folder and mailing preparation.

Rainbow's Continuum of Care spans a broad range of brain and spinal cord injury recovery and rehabilitation services including: medical, physical, cognitive, occupational, psycho-social, behavioral, vocational, educational, and recreational. Learn more.
