Rainbow's community home for individuals with spinal cord injury is located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. It features a private yard as well as shared living spaces for meals, recreation and family visits. Private bedrooms, which can be personalized, give residents a place to call their own. At the same time, the home is designed to accommodate the physical and medical needs necessary during spinal cord injury recovery or supported living.

Each home offers:

  • Therapeutic, safe, supportive and accessible environment
  • Structured community access
  • Transportation to physician appointments, treatment centers, Rainbow-sponsored events and community activities
  • On-site supervision by trained personnel
  • On-call access to nurses, a nurse practitioner, case managers, program directors and mental health professionals 24 hours a day, seven days a week
  • Fully licensed by the state of Michigan
