Susan Lincoln Vice President of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Susan is responsible for leading the business development efforts of the organization by supporting the expansion of current business as well as developing new business. Susan works collaboratively with the Executive Team and other leadership to develop and implement strategy and ensure the achievement of business development goals.
Susan has over 35 years of health care management and clinical experience with most of those years involved with strategic planning, business development, and execution of marketing initiatives within a variety of post-acute care providers. She has a strong knowledge of effective sales management practices and strategies along with skills in financial management and planning.
Susan earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University and is a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Michael Nanzer, DPT, MBA, CSCS, FACHE Chief Operating Officer

Gigi Oleson Chief Human Resources Officer
Gigi Oleson is responsible for providing the vision, leadership and direction to execute human resource strategies that support Rainbow’s objectives, goals and values. She is responsible for designing strategies that will enable Rainbow to attract and retain a high performing and engaged workforce.
Gigi brings with her almost 20 years of experience working in human resources, primarily in health care.
She graduated from Oakland University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in human resources development and training. She has been a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and a member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.

Colin King, Ph.D., LP, Vice President of Behavioral Health Program Development

Carolyn A. Scott, Ph.D., L.P., CBIST Neuropsychologist
Dr. Scott provides neuropsychological and psychological services at Rainbow. Working with residential and outpatient clients, she conducts both brief and expanded neuropsychological evaluations as well as group and individual psychotherapy.
Dr. Scott also provides consultation services on client and team matters. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Scott is involved in administrative and educational activities, including the coordination of a committee which examines ethical, clinical, and financial risks and promotes achievement of patient goals. She also oversees the direction of an on-going educational series for therapists throughout Rainbow.
Dr. Scott earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Wayne State University. After she completed an APA-approved internship at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, she then completed specialized postdoctoral training in Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan. During this training, Dr. Scott worked with individuals, both inpatient and outpatient, who had experienced traumatic brain injuries, stroke, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological and orthopedic conditions.

Mariann Young, Ph.D, CBIST Director, Pediatric and Young Adult Services

Lisha Clevenger RN, CCM, MSA, CBIS Director of Admissions
As the Director of Admissions, Lisha is responsible for overseeing Rainbow’s Admissions Department which also includes marketing and sales initiatives.
She has extensive experience with pediatric through geriatric populations. Her experience encompasses acute, sub-acute and post-acute rehab settings.
Lisha’s special interests include traumatic brain injury and transitional rehabilitation.
Lisha has a Master of Science in health administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Madonna University. She is certified in case management and brain injury.

Aaron A. Klassen, BS/HSM, CBIS Director of Operation, Adult Programs
Aaron serves as a Director of Operations overseeing our adult residential programs and the Vocational Rehab Campus in Ypsilanti, Mich.
Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management from University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Ariz. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in areas including culinary arts, humanitarian aid, workforce development and residential programming for individuals with traumatic brain injury.
